Whether you’re travelling to work, a job interview, apprenticeship, or classes, commuting by car can be boring; day in day out along the same roads. It’s easy to get stuck in the same old patterns and usual traffic jams. In comparison, cycling can be a great way to start the day. Evidence shows it boosts your mental health, increases your concentration and memory, and helps you feel more motivated.
If you don’t own a car, cycling can be a quick and convenient option for getting you from A to B. With a bike you can keep to you own timetable, reducing the risk of being late for an interview, class or work.
Apply to hire a bike today and see how much freedom a bike can give you.
Many journeys currently taken by car or public transport can be undertaken on a bike. A bike will take you directly to your destination. No more wasting time finding or paying for car parking; no waiting for public transport to arrive which may not even take you to where you want to go.
Cycling is a great way to improve your health and well being. It is great for de-stressing you, and even an e-bike will improve your fitness. Cycling is also very social, being an activity that friends and family can take part in.
By using a bike you will be helping to improve noise and air quality in your community.
If you are substituting journeys normally made by car or public transport, then you will quickly realise cycling can save you money.
